Sales Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Vice President to join our team at SELECTEMP Employment Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our sales operations across all locations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth, expansion, and market penetration.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, set revenue targets, and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, customers, and partners.
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals.
- Evaluate the financial feasibility and viability of potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align business development strategies with overall company goals and objectives.
- Ability to think critically, problem solve effectively, and recommend strategically about sales and new business development.
- Demonstrated ability to direct and develop, review and implement strategic plans and initiatives for the sales program.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to understand trends and reach dispersed and diverse employee groups.
- Ability to listen carefully, communicate effectively, and establish strong and effective working relationships with multiple teams servicing multiple industries, a broad variety of clients, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business or other related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning is essential.
