Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at InProduction. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving and processing shipments, inspecting products for defects, and preparing finished goods for shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Check products for defects and damage
- Pull, pack, and ship finished goods in a timely and efficient manner
- Load, unload, and prepare delivery vehicles for shipment
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned places
- Pull orders from shelves and secure them onto pallets
- Communicate with managers to identify equipment in need of maintenance
- Ensure a safe and orderly environment in the warehouse
- May occasionally assist with local job sites, including building and tearing down structures and loading trucks
Requirements
- Forklift License Preferred
- Current Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to work overtime occasionally
- Ability to read and understand safety instructions
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and industrial equipment
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
Work Environment
- Exposed to excessive noise
- Around moving machinery
- Exposed to dust
- May be required to work outdoors
