Job Overview

MAC DISCOUNT LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Removal Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Removal Team, you will be responsible for scanning customers as they arrive to pick up merchandise and scanning each item as customers leave with pick-ups.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with a team lift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan customers as they arrive to pick up merchandise
  • Scan each item as customers leave with pick-ups
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with a team lift
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
