Location: East Butler, PAPosition: Floor OperatorSchedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMPay Rate: $16/hour, increasing to $17.20 upon hire
Job Summary:As a Floor Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by assembling glass products. You will be responsible for handling glass pieces, heating laminate, and assembling components to create finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle glass pieces and create stacks according to specifications.
  • Heat laminate and apply it to glass pieces using a vacuum process.
  • Carefully remove finished products from the assembly line.
  • Inspect products for quality and defects before sending them for further processing.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
