Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team at Western Healthcare Alliance. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new placements in ARS and A-1 systems, notifying clients of any issues.
  • Act as a PBX phone operator, distributing voicemails to the appropriate department.
  • Assist walk-in customers with payments and provide excellent customer service.
  • Open and close the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Extract and process accounts from ARS to A-1, and handle mail returns.
  • Prepare and send daily/weekly client return and comment files.
  • Flip agencies in client systems and respond to client requests via email or phone.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to internal departments and clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software.
  • Knowledge of client health information systems, account/collection systems, and contact management systems.
