Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Signature Flight Support Corporation. As a key member of our Fixed Base Operation (FBO), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services, including fueling, ground handling, and concierge services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and services, providing expert knowledge to clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, including maintenance, fueling, and security.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 18 years of age; valid state driver's license required.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and obtain airport security badge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in computer operations and typing.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift light to moderately heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three to six months experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, or customer service; knowledge of radio procedures and protocols preferred.
