Role Summary:
The Custom Product Solutions division is in search of a qualified candidate to enhance our team. In this capacity, you will be tasked with acquiring knowledge and providing support for our expanding array of value-added services. These offerings may encompass Document generation, Email design, Custom website development, shareholder communications, and Virtual Shareholder Meetings, among others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the various product offerings available at Broadridge.
- Exhibit effective time management skills while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Utilize a range of internal applications to furnish clients with samples of Broadridge products.
- Assess the efficiency of systems, policies, and procedures, and propose enhancements to optimize daily operations.
- Coordinate testing for process improvements.
- Collaborate within a team environment while also managing individual client deliverables.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and begin to adopt industry Best Practices.
- Contribute ideas for process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of brokerage or back-office operations.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and advocacy.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and follow-up capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Web Development (HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.
Compensation:
Salary range is $20 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when determining a candidate's final salary, including relevant experience, skills, and education.
