Job Summary

The Senior Application Engineer will be a key member of the Digital & Technology, Parks Technology team at Universal Orlando, supporting Workforce Management Technologies for Universal Destinations and Experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Define, configure, develop, test, analyze, and maintain the UKG WFM Pro and UKG Workforce Central Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, Data Hub, and Analytics application and future modules.
  • Work with the business to gather requirements, configure solutions, write interfaces in WIM/BOOMI, test, analyze, and support workforce management systems.
  • Research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
  • Provide system support for day-to-day systems operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis in a 24×7 environment.
  • Analyze UKG and other application requests, which may require change, configuration, and testing of new functionality.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience with configuration and support of UKG Pro WFM, Workforce Central 8.0 or higher.
  • 5+ years' experience with configuration and support of UKG Advanced Scheduler and Forecasting.
  • 5+ years' experience with configuration and support of UKG Workforce Leave, including attendance.
  • 3+ years' experience with UKG Workforce Integration Manager and/or BOOMI Integration Services.
  • 3+ years' experience with UKG application server maintenance and product installation.
  • 3+ years' experience with Service Release installations and upgrades.
  • 3+ years' experience with configuration of UKG Pro WFM Dashboards & Tiles.
  • 3+ years' experience with configuration and support of UKG Data Hub.
  • 3+ years' experience supporting and configuring UKG Timeclocks within UKG Pro WFM.
  • 2+ years' experience with UKG custom report writing.
