Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Bridge Engineer (PE) / Senior Project Manager - Structural to join our team in Orlando, FL. As a key member of our Structural Engineering team, you will be responsible for managing the complete design of structures projects, working in a fast-paced environment with longstanding, trusted clients, and participating in business development activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production of design calculations and construction drawings
  • Review contractor submittals and coordinate with inspection subconsultants during construction
  • Participate in business development activities
  • Manage project budgets and schedules
  • Coordinate effort with clients, in-house engineers, and subconsultants
  • Assist in training and supervising less experienced engineers and designers
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
  • Master's Degree in Structural Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree preferred, but not required
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in Florida, or able and willing to obtain a Florida PE License within 6 months of start date
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Bridge / Structural Design
  • Experience supervising structural design and plan production
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients
