Product Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager-Product Compliance to join our team at Amplify Recruiting. This role will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the necessary regulatory requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and understand applicable standards and regulations in the US and internationally
- Maintain the validity of existing regulatory certifications, listings, licenses, and registrations for products
- Manage technical files, test reports, country certificates, and declaration of conformity in a compliance database
- Perform gap analysis between old and new standards to determine testing or design changes required to meet new standards
- Communicate with direct team and supervisor on approval status and research
- Coordinate with Engineering and Operations teams in updating product compliance documentation
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role
- Experience in industry testing standards and requirements
- Experience in Technical Regulations and Standards and/or experience in the design of electrical and electronic products
The working conditions for this job are within a climate-controlled building. The noise levels are nominal.
The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and stoop or crouch. The employee may need to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
