Senior Operations Coordinator

Gecko Hospitality is a reputable company that manages a chain of restaurants and hotels across the country. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package including benefits such as medical/dental insurance options, paid time off, retirement savings plans, and discounts at participating hotels/restaurants. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $85,000-$110,000 based on industry standards and location.
Job DescriptionThe Senior Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects, initiatives, and tasks within the company, ensuring timely completion and successful execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and Implementing Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance and efficiency of the company's restaurants and hotels.
- Identifying Areas for Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the operations of each establishment and provide recommendations for solutions.
- Managing Project Timelines: Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables for all assigned tasks.
- Collaborating with Department Heads: Work closely with department heads and team members to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and coordination on all projects.
- Evaluating Performance Metrics: Conduct regular evaluations of performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- Providing Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on new processes or initiatives.
- Traveling to Different Locations: Travel frequently to different locations to oversee project implementation, provide guidance, and address any issues that may arise.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
