At S&C, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Professional to join our team. As an Associate Brand Manager, you will play a key role in assisting our marketing and sales staff in creating customer acquisition strategies, executing field marketing campaigns, and developing sales pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or leadership, with excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to different settings. A Business or Management related degree is highly preferred, and a willingness to expand their network and create lasting business relationships is essential.

Responsibilities of the Associate Brand Manager include:

  • Assisting in daily promotion of our partner's latest and most up-to-date products and services
  • Generating revenue by increasing brand awareness, closing sales, creating referral pipelines, and promoting brand loyalty to customers
  • Initiating the sales process by meeting with customers regularly to review new telecommunications and product offerings
  • Learning more responsibilities regarding the management of the marketing and sales cycle and team development
  • Performing background research to better understand the market and what we can do to improve upon our overall results
  • Training new team members to follow and execute company systems and procedures with professionalism, ease, and confidence
  • Learning and improving on customer service skills to better relate to clients and represent the company in a positive manner

Minimum Qualifications of the Associate Brand Manager include:

  • Related experience in a sales or leadership role
  • Goal-oriented mindset and results-driven attitude
  • Comfortability engaging with clients using excellent verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability and the ability to adjust to different settings
  • A Business or Management related degree highly preferred
  • Willingness to expand their network and create lasting business relationships
  • The desire to grow and develop with a company on a long-term scale
