Position Overview:
Title: IT Controls System Support Executive
Location: Wilmington, NC
Duration: 3 Months

Role Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will engage in projects aimed at achieving the objectives of the plant, focusing on cost reduction and capacity expansion initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with a team of engineers to deliver production support and troubleshooting for continuous manufacturing operations.
2. Working closely with production associates, technicians, and engineers to ensure the reliability of equipment through automated control systems and user interfaces.
3. Supporting efforts related to process and product optimization.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an Associate's Degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- 1-3 years in a technical or support role is preferred.

Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with databases and SQL is highly desirable.
- Experience in helpdesk support.
- Proficiency in MS Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Background in production support within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities, with an ability to comprehend operational requests.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Occasional on-call support may be required.
