Key Responsibilities

As a Structural EIT/Coordinator, your contributions will include:

  • Performing analyses to generate design alternatives or recommendations, as well as assisting in the development of cost estimates and specifications for structural engineering initiatives.
  • Executing routine engineering tasks that require the application of established techniques and methodologies.
  • Working autonomously on smaller projects or providing support to senior engineers on larger endeavors.
  • Guiding clerical and technical staff as necessary.
  • Undertaking additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or similar analytical tools.
  • Previous experience in structural design, whether through internships or full-time positions, is advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to actively participating in our employee-owned culture are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Master's degree.
  • EIT certification is highly preferred. Candidates without EIT certification will hold the title of 'Coordinator' and are expected to obtain their EIT for career advancement.
