Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating complex scheduling needs, calendar management, meeting logistics, travel arrangement coordination, and expense reconciliations for the executives.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications, as well as special projects assigned by the executive staff.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adapting to competing demands while providing exceptional service and response.

The requirements for this role are:

  • A minimum of three years experience as an executive assistant or equivalent position with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, keen attention to detail, and proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Skill in planning events of all sizes, ranging from small gatherings to large-scale conferences involving hundreds of people.
