Responsibilities:

Sales Engagement:
Participate in and document weekly sales activities.

Marketing Meetings:
Attend weekly marketing discussions.

Sales Accountability:
Report on sales activities monthly.

Travel:
Travel as required, both in-state and out-of-state.

Sales Reporting:
Prepare quarterly marketing and sales reports.

Annual Reporting:
Present yearly marketing and sales reports to management.

Target Market Sales:
Collaborate with the Admissions and Marketing Director to target assigned markets.

Campus Tours:
Organize and lead on-campus tours for prospective students and their families.

Inquiry Response:
Address inquiries regarding New Haven's services.

Marketing Support:
Assist in developing marketing materials, identifying new markets, and enhancing marketing strategies.

Relationship Building:
Help market to educational consultants, private therapists, psychiatric facilities, and other relevant programs.

Event Hosting:
Support the organization of events and activities.

Conference Attendance:
Participate in designated conferences.

Sales Closure:
Finalize sales with potential clients.

Other Duties:
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent

21 years of age or older

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check

Commitment to an 8-month minimum tenure

Willingness to obtain a Food Handlers Permit prior to the start of employment

Preferred: Minimum of 1 year experience with New Haven or in sales or mental health fields

Experience in the mental health sector is essential. Previous experience at New Haven is advantageous.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.

$2,500 upon hiring and an additional $2,500 after 6 months of service.
