Job Title: Behavior Specialist - Part Time/On Call

Wasatch Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team at our Substance Use Disorder Treatment Center in Spanish Fork, Utah. As a Behavior Specialist, you will work directly with clients, providing support and implementing behavior plans to promote positive change.

Job Summary:

This is an ON CALL position that offers a dynamic environment where you can showcase your problem-solving skills and creativity to help individuals on their journey to wellness. With a competitive pay range of $15.93-$20.19 per hour, this position provides a rewarding opportunity to grow professionally while positively impacting the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with clients, implementing behavior plans to promote positive change
  • Document progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide support and training to clients to help them achieve their goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One (1) year post high school education in social work, psychology or a related field
  • One (1) year of general work experience, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience
