Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Operations and Process Automation to join our team. As a key member of our operations and process improvement team, you will be responsible for executing client engagements centered on improving operations, processes, and financial performance leveraging process automation technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process automation projects from inception to completion to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, identify automation opportunities, and define project requirements.
  • Develop detailed process automation solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies, creating workflows, and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Configure, test, and deploy automated processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation projects, including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Provide training to clients on implemented solutions, offer ongoing support, and address any issues or improvements as needed.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of management consulting and hands-on experience in process automation, business process management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and technologies such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, Celonis) and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Relevant certification in process automation or related technologies preferred (e.g., Six Sigma, Microsoft Power Platform).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI are preferred.
  • Experience managing projects, including scoping, planning, executing, and monitoring, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $133,000 - $191,000 USD per year. Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
