Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Operations and Process Automation to join our team. As a key member of our operations and process improvement team, you will be responsible for executing client engagements centered on improving operations, processes, and financial performance leveraging process automation technology capabilities across various industry sectors and functional areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process automation projects from inception to completion to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, identify automation opportunities, and define project requirements.
  • Develop detailed process automation solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies, creating workflows, and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Configure, test, and deploy automated processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation projects, including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Provide training to clients on implemented solutions, offer ongoing support, and address any issues or improvements as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of management consulting and hands-on experience in process automation, business process management, or a related field.
  • Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence as applied to process automation.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and technologies such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, Celonis) and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Relevant certification in process automation or related technologies preferred (e.g., Six Sigma, Microsoft Power Platform).
