- Possess foundational knowledge of system architecture and design.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with securities trading processes and tools.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of equity and options order entry and trading.
- Experience with order management systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizations.
- Proficient in understanding and applying technology in a business context.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data to identify trends and issues.
- Experience in a highly regulated environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Series 7 licensed.
