ROLE SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based review approach to inform clients about insurance alternatives.
  • Employ excellent communication skills to effectively address customer needs while fostering business growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong dedication to customer service
  • Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License
  • Ability to secure a Life License
  • Capability to meet mutually established objectives
  • Interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs
