Therapeutic Behavioral Service Specialist

Bellefaire JCB is a leading provider of mental health, substance abuse, education, and prevention services for children and families. We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Behavioral Service Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients, their families, and/or significant others as needed.
- Transition clients in community settings and provide support, education, and consultation for parents and/or caregivers.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through timely completion of assigned documentation.
- Engage clients, primary families, and other supportive adults in the treatment planning process.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or related human services field.
- LSW licensure preferred.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and their families.
- Sensitivity in relating to persons of varying backgrounds and ability to work with diverse groups.
