Clinical Development Coordinator

The Clinical Development Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that staff orientation, development, and competency needs are met and documented within a defined service area. This position anticipates and prioritizes learning needs, employing flexible strategies and scheduling to meet identified needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assure that colleague orientation, development, and competency needs are identified, met, and documented directly acting as a consultant role with management, colleagues, or other key stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate education plans for individuals, departments, and/or organizations.
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate orientation programs to assure competence to deliver safe care and socialization in the department.
Plan and deliver colleague education sessions, ensuring that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
