Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at MercyOne Northeast Iowa. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will provide psycho-social evaluation, therapy, and resource referral services to psychiatric patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psycho-social evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients and their families, promoting emotional well-being and coping skills.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services as needed.
  • Document patient interactions and treatment progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Adhere to all safety, infection control, and employee health policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work from a Council of Social Work Education accredited university or a Social Work Doctorate Degree.
  • Licensed Independent Social Worker; if drives, valid Iowa driver's license with current auto insurance.
