Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that our kitchen meets the highest standards of food safety and quality, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen staff, servers, and management team to ensure that every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, and implement new ideas and innovations to enhance our menu and services.

Requirements:

  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume restaurant or culinary setting.
  • Culinary Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on culinary arts or a related field.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
