Position Overview:
Belmark is actively seeking a dedicated individual to operate at our Pressure Sensitive facility.

About Belmark:
We specialize in producing a variety of labels, cartons, pressure sensitive materials, and flexible films that consumers encounter daily.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage the operation of HP Indigo Press Technology within the Web-to-Print Division. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring high efficiency in machine operation while adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintaining quality standards and minimizing waste.
  • Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of the press.
  • Completing necessary documentation accurately.
  • Utilizing HP DFE Software effectively.
  • Keeping the workspace organized and clean.
  • Meeting turnaround objectives as specified.
  • Potentially cross-training in additional areas of Web-to-Print.

Work Schedule:
This position requires flexibility with hours, including overtime. The 3rd shift operates from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with specific hours on Sunday and Monday.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this role is $24, with a shift differential of $2.00 for 3rd shift work.

Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in the English language, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform basic mathematical operations are essential. Regular attendance and the ability to follow written and oral instructions are required.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to:

  • Stand and walk for 80% of the workday.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally more.
  • Utilize hands and feet effectively for machine operation.
