About Belmark Inc: At Belmark, we specialize in producing a variety of packaging solutions, including labels, cartons, and flexible films that consumers encounter daily. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to our operations at our Flexible Packaging facility.
Role Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and foster a culture of food safety in compliance with Safe Quality Foods standards.
- Maintain a strong attendance record.
- Execute all tasks in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Follow Belmark's operational procedures and work instructions diligently.
- Take precise notes for reference when operating the press independently.
- Complete basic job setups within a designated timeframe.
- Understand job schedules, information, and basic calculations effectively.
- Keep the work area organized and clean.
- Learn color and ink handling procedures.
- Complete necessary paperwork and computer entries for each job.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Participate in the Hazardous Waste Management Program, ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.
Work Schedule:
- AM Shift: 3:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. (3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 7 days off)
- PM Shift: 3:00 P.M. - 3:00 A.M. (3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 7 days off)
- Consistent 12-hour shifts with no swing shifts.
- Work 36 hours and receive pay for 40 hours, with overtime available after 36 hours.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $24.00 (Compensation is based on role level and relevant experience, including shift differentials).
- Shift Differential: An additional $1.00 per hour for the PM shift.

Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to follow simple instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift various weights as required by the job.
