Job Title: Content Marketing Manager

MSIGHTS is seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives traffic, engages and converts target prospects, and improves shared content across social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop data-driven B2B content (whitepapers, blogs, webinars, social media posts, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop a content strategy and execute a content calendar that supports the needs of our Business Development team and aligns with overarching lead generation growth goals.
  • Monitor content performance and make data-informed analyses with proactive recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with content developments in the market and generate new ideas to draw the attention of our desired audience.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally with experience from a small to medium-sized software or technology company.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well with internal teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, LinkedIn, event platforms (e.g., ON24, etc.), and CRM or Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to quality, with flexibility in a fast-paced international work environment.

MSIGHTS is a remote/telecommute position, ideal for candidates located in North Carolina (USA).
