Virginia Farm Bureau is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in the Pulaski County office.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious individual who can build strong relationships with our community members and organizations. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Property & Casualty license and Life, Health & Annuities license, or the ability to obtain these with Virginia Farm Bureau providing and paying for licensing training materials/class.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Prior sales experience (any industry) is helpful but not required.
  • Goal-Oriented and driven to succeed.
