We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Counsel to become part of our dynamic legal team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee a diverse personal injury pre-litigation caseload, ensuring all cases progress efficiently through the legal process.
  2. Conduct thorough case investigations to assess the validity of claims.
  3. Negotiate settlements with insurance providers, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.
  4. Offer expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the pre-litigation phase.
  5. Perform comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy formulation.
  6. Draft, review, and modify legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, and settlement agreements.

Qualifications:
  1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  2. Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
  3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Counsel.
  4. Demonstrated experience in Criminal Defense, Mediation, and Legal Research.
  5. Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven record of successful settlements.
  6. Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  8. Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational abilities.
