Job Title: Senior Business Operations Analyst

Join Premier, Inc. as a Senior Business Operations Analyst and play a crucial role in driving financial health and revenue growth across our service lines. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop, monitor, and assess key performance indicators, ensuring the financial well-being of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations (30%):
    • Maintain accurate budgets, oversee billable transactions, and update project milestones in Workday.
    • Forecast and monitor project resource time to ensure optimal financial performance.
    • Reconcile project milestones and track net revenue and expenses to ensure accuracy.
    • Promote consistency across business units for financial operations.
    • Collaborate with revenue, legal, and contracting teams to assist with SOWs, customer contracts, and engagement margin models.
    • Provide subject matter expertise to service line leadership and project staff.
    • Conduct internal customer support and training as needed.
    • Collaborate with the FP&A team on bookings, staffing, revenue, and expenses.
  • Data Analysis (30%):
    • Review and perform analytics, interpret data, and present findings to service line leadership.
    • Provide requested ad-hoc information to finance teams.
    • Create process deliverables, such as reconciliations, financial analysis, and communications.
    • Document and track service line strategic initiatives.
  • Project Management (30%):
    • Develop individual project plans and work plans, including timelines, milestones, tasks, resources, risk assessment, and fiscal impact.
    • Maintain master project and staffing listings for the service line.
    • Identify and resolve complex project issues.
    • Assist stakeholders in achieving business objectives.
  • Operational and Administrative Support (10%):
    • Assist with operational and administrative items as needed.
    • Create and maintain training documentation and conduct training sessions for new hires.
    • Create and maintain presentation and reporting support for leadership teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • Work Experience: 4+ years of applicable experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required).
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Operations Support.
    • Project Management.
    • Business and Financial Analysis.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a financial operations role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Working Conditions:

Air-conditioned office space.

Travel Requirements:

Travel 1-20% within the US.

Physical Demands:

Sedentary work involves remaining stationary most of the time.

Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees.

Premier's internal salary range for this role is $64,000 - $118,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors, including departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location.

Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
