Position Title: Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Position Overview:
  1. Seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare office setting.
  2. Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and possess working knowledge of EMR scheduling, along with a professional telephone demeanor.
  3. Standard working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  4. Commitment to patient-centered care and face-to-face professionalism is essential.
  5. This role is available for immediate onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Efficiently manage all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with professionalism.
  2. Facilitate the check-in process for new patients.
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service, including tasks such as invoice inquiries and tracking number look-ups.
  4. Oversee general office upkeep and maintenance.
  5. Handle filing and procurement of medical supplies for the office.
  6. Monitor voicemails and communicate staff attendance updates via email. Assist in maintaining the employee attendance calendar.
  7. Knowledge of obtaining prior authorizations from insurance providers is required.
Compensation and Benefits:

Paid Time Off (PTO) and Vacation totaling 10 days, along with 7 statutory holidays.
Hourly wage of $20.00.
