Position Overview:
- Seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare office setting.
- Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and possess working knowledge of EMR scheduling, along with a professional telephone demeanor.
- Standard working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and face-to-face professionalism is essential.
- This role is available for immediate onboarding.
- Efficiently manage all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with professionalism.
- Facilitate the check-in process for new patients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including tasks such as invoice inquiries and tracking number look-ups.
- Oversee general office upkeep and maintenance.
- Handle filing and procurement of medical supplies for the office.
- Monitor voicemails and communicate staff attendance updates via email. Assist in maintaining the employee attendance calendar.
- Knowledge of obtaining prior authorizations from insurance providers is required.
Paid Time Off (PTO) and Vacation totaling 10 days, along with 7 statutory holidays.
Hourly wage of $20.00.
