Key Responsibilities- Greets customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying and resolving their concerns
- Processes payments for products and services, operating the POS system and other required software
- Answers dealership phones and directs calls as necessary, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Coordinates questions and issues with department personnel, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
- Handles customer complaints and escalates when necessary, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Attends staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
- Follows all safety and security procedures, maintaining a secure and respectful work environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Point-of-sale (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills
- Strong math skills and ability to handle financial transactions rapidly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance, with a helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Previous customer service or related experience preferred, with excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
