Position Overview


As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) under the guidance of the Registered Nurse or Director of Nursing, you will employ your foundational knowledge of nursing principles and basic assessment skills to create and execute tailored nursing care plans, ensuring the comprehensive needs of residents are met. You will oversee daily unit operations on a shift basis and may take on leadership responsibilities as required.

Qualifications


To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • A formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years of college education)
  • Expertise in a specialized field with less than one year of practical experience
  • A diploma from an accredited nursing school
  • A valid Practical Nursing License and AHA CPR Certification
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Synquest, IV Pumps, Phillips Monitoring Systems, Accucheck, EKG Machines, and Specialty Bed Operations
