Nurse Manager - Acute Care

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our Acute Care team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe and effective manner.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze clinical and financial data to inform decision-making and drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing nursing team, ensuring that staff are equipped to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in acute care nursing, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Current Maryland Registered Nurse License and American Heart Association CPR Certification.
  • Applicable specialty certifications preferred.
