Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our ICU Step Down Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment and a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective patient care to critically ill patients
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve patient-centered care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current Maryland Registered Nurse License
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
  • 2+ years of experience in ICU or critical care nursing
