Position Overview

Agape Treatment Center is in search of a dedicated Full-Time Intake Coordinator/Office Manager to enhance our operations.

The Intake Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the comprehensive care and support of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all visitors to Agape
  • Maintain the visitor registration log
  • Receive and distribute packages and mail as needed
  • Guide new clients through the facility orientation
  • Confirm appointments with clients
  • Oversee all attendance and sign-in documentation for the facility
  • Conduct urine analysis when necessary
  • Complete intake processes, including necessary documentation
  • Exhibit adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
  • Coordinate scheduling, tracking, and confirmations for IOP clients
  • Address client needs and de-escalate issues as they arise

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a mental health or addiction treatment facility is required
  • A high school diploma is preferred
