  • Locating and developing case-relevant information
  • Preparing documents associated with client estate planning
  • Organizing and completing estate planning packages
  • Corresponding with clients
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Maintaining contact lists
  • Monitoring deadlines and juggling calendars
