As a Health Concierge at CVS, you will be the primary point of contact for plan sponsors, members, and providers. Your role will involve answering questions, resolving issues, and providing education to members to support them in managing their health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide members with relevant information to answer unasked questions, such as additional plan details, benefit plan details, and member self-service tools.
  • Offer education and support to members to help them manage their health effectively.
  • Identify member needs beyond the initial inquiry and provide solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and benefits is a plus.
