General Construction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Administrator to join our team at NE Construction LLP. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction administration, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. They must possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, meetings, and communications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including contracts, invoices, and payment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to construction projects, including data entry and document management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction administration role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma or equivalent required
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
