Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Construction Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a project administration role and a strong understanding of construction processes. They must also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to construction projects, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Assist in coordinating project activities, such as scheduling, meetings, and communications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including contracts, invoices, and payment schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.


Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a project administration role
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
