About the Role
Guidehouse is seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator to provide dedicated support to client-serving directors/partners. As the point of contact for other administrative assistants, this role requires a combination of technical and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have experience in general administrative duties, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and drafting correspondence. Additionally, they will be responsible for overseeing facility maintenance, vendor contracts, and office supplies. This role also involves participating in projects, work methods, and procedures for the office as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Partner/Directors calendars, schedules, and prioritize appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain travel profiles
  • Prepare weekly expense reports and resolve auditor inquiries
  • Draft/edit/proofread correspondence and presentations
  • Oversee facility maintenance and vendor contracts
