**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect - Federal to join our team in Pensacola or Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of federal projects, including military facilities, government buildings, and large commercial and hospitality projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and manage design and construction documents for federal projects, including coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Plan and supervise the preparation of construction documents and other deliverables to meet client goals, needs, and budgets.
  • Conduct on-site observations to ensure compliance with detailed design documents.
  • Prepare client project presentations, studies, and reports as needed.
  • Utilize computer-assisted design software, including AutoCAD and Revit, to prepare project designs and plans.
  • Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for various project phases.

**Requirements**

  • Registered Architect with a strong background in federal project design and development.
  • LEED Accredited Professional a plus.
  • Experience in all phases of project design, construction documentation, and construction materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, listening, and written communication, including client presentations.
  • Proficient in Revit and other design software.
  • Strong knowledge base of building codes, standards, building structures, and engineering systems.
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
