Job Overview

ProSidian Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Specialist to join our team. As a Regulatory Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, preparing documentation, and liaising with regulatory agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of environmental regulations, including RCRA, CERCLA, and the Clean Air Act. They will also have experience in regulatory compliance and be able to prepare documentation and communicate effectively with regulatory agencies.

The Regulatory Specialist will work closely with our team to ensure that all environmental-related activities are in compliance with relevant regulations. They will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks and ensuring that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.

Responsibilities and Duties
