Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Brightside ABA Therapy is seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Omaha, NE. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing ABA services to children and families in our community.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and families. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for managing staff, providing parent training, conducting assessments and plan writing, and analyzing data. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with BACB ethics code and treatment guidelines from CASP and BHCOE.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff - Provide supervision and training for RBTs and BCaBAs.
  • Parent Training - Work collaboratively with parents/caregivers to implement a structured parent training programming.
  • Assessments & Plan Writing - Produce accurate Assessments, Reassessments, and effective Behavior Plans.
  • Data Analysis - Conduct functional analysis, weekly data analysis, and tracking data outcomes for fidelity.
  • Schedule Management - Maintain your patient and RBT schedules for parent training and other activities.
  • Technology - MS Word, MS, Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet, Email, Data Collection Systems, Locate journal articles and information related to ABA and related fields.
  • Fidelity - Conduct program evaluation, competency and fidelity measures, and revise programming as needed.
  • Ethics Compliance - Maintain compliance with BACB ethics code and treatment guidelines from CASP and BHCOE.
Requirements:
  • BCBA: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Education: BCBA: Master's (Required)
  • License: BCBA (Required)
