Residential Services Inc. is looking for a talented individual to serve as a Direct Support Shift Leader in our group home settings in Chapel Hill/Carrboro.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating daily activities and providing support to employees and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Planning and organizing activities and events
  • Assisting with daily tasks and care
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Experience in the IDD field required
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record

Pay: $39,078/year (or $16.50/hour)

Varied shifts including Wed-Sat and Sundays every other week.
