Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary in Criminal Defense or Civil Law is preferred but not essential
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with legal processes and office protocols
  • Comprehensive understanding of the daily operations within a legal office
  • Exceptional organizational and secretarial skills
  • Ability to handle various tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are a plus
