Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly respond to inquiries via internet, live chat, and phone to schedule sales appointments
  • Document daily sales lead activities in the CRM system
  • Convert visitors into customers by understanding their needs and aligning them with suitable vehicles
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations by staying informed about product offerings, optional features, and the latest technology, and organize test drives
  • Assist customers with sales and financing documentation
  • Deliver purchased vehicles to customers
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales is required
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Proficient in computer usage and quick to learn new technologies
  • Ability to empathize with customers to address concerns and achieve sales targets
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test
Work Schedule and Environment:
Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM. Candidates should be available to work during these hours. This position requires in-person interaction with customers as well as online and phone communication.
