Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst: El Paso

Frontera Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in El Paso. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of BCBA's and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) in the delivery of ABA services to children and families.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in clients.
- Provide training and supervision to RBT's to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of ABA.
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, education, special education).
- At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical setting.
- Experience working with children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
