Veterinary Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at The Village Vets Decatur. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Client Communication: Receive and place calls to clients for the purpose of scheduling appointments, and communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide important information.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and pet records, process payments, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Previous Experience in a Veterinary Setting: Preferred.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Required.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Required.
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $15-$17/hour based on experience.
